Tutorial Series 2: Empower your Inner Child
Everything we experience in our adult life is a repeating loop created by our beliefs that were formed in childhood. Time to tackle your behavioural and fear patterns from the past! This tutorial series assists you in empowering your inner child and become best friends with him or her! Inner child work is the most effective way to get your emotional body back into balance quickly and reprogram old behavioural patterns and beliefs that are still sabotaging you today. This series contains a lot of exercises and guided meditations. Step by step you revisit your childhood and work through the different stages of your inner child versions: The infant, the toddler, the preschool self, the school self and the adolescent. You work and play with them and integrate them, to make sure that your unwanted behavioural patterns are past for good!

Inner Child Tutorial 1: Your Infant Self
This session focuses on the time when you were freshly born. A lot of topics and patterns around safety and feeling welcomed and loved already have their origin here. We explore this part of your life and find what needs to be reprogrammed. In a guided meditation you rewrite the script. The introductory video gives you a general overview on inner child work and why it is so effective when combined with the exercise of stepping into your super self.
Inner Child Tutorial 2: Your Toddler Self
This session focuses on the time when you were 1 to 3 years old. In this time of your life, you discover that you are an individual and you are starting to explore your environment. A lot of guilt and shame patterns orignate from this time.We explore this phase of your life jointly in different exercises. In a guided meditation at the end you will rewrite the script. Inner Child Tutorial 3: Your Pre-School Self
This session focuses on the time when you were 3 to 5 years old. In this time of your life, you are learning your independence and also discover your sexuality by recognizing the difference between boys and girls. Very often the fear of not being good enough has its origin in this time.We will explore this phase of your life jointly in different exercises. In a guided meditation at the end you will rewrite the script. Inner Child Tutorial 4: Your School Self
This session focuses on the time when you were 6-12 years old. In this time of your life, you are learning your interdependence and you recognize that you are part of a community. Due to the educational system, which is not fostering this but rather preventing by teaching competition and scarcity, the fear of not being safe, not being able to sustain yourself and the fear of not being good enough are intensified in this time. We will explore this phase of your life jointly in different exercises. In a guided meditation at the end you will rewrite the script. Inner Child Tutorial 5: Your Adolescent Self
This session focuses on the time when you were a teenager. This is the first recycle of your life and while becoming an adult, you are already acting out the learned behavioural patterns from your childhood, which often get amplified in this time. This can be a very lonely time. In a guided meditation, you will integrate all of your healed inner child versions into your adolescent and take responsibility for your new reality.
